We only work wood?


At the moment we use recycled wood in all products, except the Paris single pet feeder. And we add other materials such as methacrylate in the Logan table.

Why recycled wood?


In the first place, because we like to give second chances and transform objects taking care of our environment and secondly, because for us, the final result is much more special. Each piece of wood has a history and tis reflected in the final product.

Do the furniture that hangs on the wall include screws?


Given the amount of wall types that exist, it is very difficult to guess the type of screws to be suitable, that is why we do not include them.

How can I customize the product I have ordered?


When you visualize the page of the selected product you will see in the right part of the image the color options and a blank space to put the name of your pet (in case the products needs it). If you have other comments that I have not considered, you can send them to me by mail just after placing the order indicating your name and the product you have purchased.

Once I have customized my product, can I return it to you again?


Customized products are not changeable except if we made the mistake in making the customization, the characteristics of the product do not match the one you had ordered or if the products have arrived to you in poor conditions. In all other cases, you must understand that they are products created expressly for you. Make sure, before placing the order, that the name of your pet is written correctly and that you make the correct color selection. If you have any questions, you can always contact us directly via email.


If I have made a mistake in the customization you chose, in the characteristics of the product or if it has arrived in poor conditions, please contact me by sending an email to initiate the return procedures.

And other returns?


If for whatever reason you do not agree with your order, you can opt for the return within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving it. You must send an email to hola@feelwoodbcn.com indicating your information and the purchase order number.
– The shipping costs of the returns are borne by the customer. Once the product has been received and its status checked, we will proceed to refund the cost of the item.

How much are the shipping costs?


They depend on where the order is sent the quantity of products ordered. In any case, you can always see them in the shopping beg before making the payment. To give you an idea, the shipping costs to mainland Spain are from 4 euros.

Do you ship from Spain to foreign countries?


At the moment, we are shipping only to Spanish territory. Regarding orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, contact us directly. FeelWood BCN is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

How longs does it take to receive my order?


We know that you like to receive orders as soon as possible, so we strive to produce them and send them quickly. The production is usually done in 10-15 working days, and shipments to mainland Spain are made by courier service 24-28 hours. Usually, the customer receives the shipment in about 18 days after the payment. However, there are products that because their complexity require more manufacturing time. In the description of the products you will see the estimated time of preparation and shipping. If you buy two or more products, we will send them together in a single package (whenever possible).
