1. PRELIMINARY CLAUSULES
The present conditions of purchase apply to all sales of FeelWood BCN brand items, which have been made through the website www.feelwoodbcn.com (hereinafter “website”).
By placing an order, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Orders can only be made to purchase merchandise without resale. Any resale or distribution of products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to be able to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those orders that have been requested by any client with which there may be some difference / controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may make us think that the client is violating any of the specified purchase conditions or is participating in any criminal activity.

1.1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

As a user you are obliged to communicate to FeelWood BCN all the necessary data for the access and use of the services of this website. These should be truthful and current and consent that we can use them to contact you if necessary.
It is essential that you provide all the information that we classify as mandatory, since, if we do not, we will not be able to place the order. We will not be liable in any case for possible delays or failures in delivery as a result of the error or omission of this data.
The user must make proper use of the services included in the website, always in accordance with the legal system and will not carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with its operation.

2. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ORDERS

You can only place your orders from the website.


2.1. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

You can browse the website until you find the desired article. Once located, clicking on it you will access all the detailed information offered by the website. From there you can add the item to your purchase.
If you are placing an order for the first time with us, you will be asked to register by entering your email address and a password with which you can create and access your account.
In the case of a registered user with an active account, you must enter your email and password and the system will recognize your data.
Once you are in your account you can continue your purchase and finally confirm the order.


2.2. OFFER COVERAGE

The delivery areas for these items are limited to Spain (excluding Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands). By accepting the order, you confirm being a resident customer in any of these areas. Any other delivery address will automatically cancel the order.


2.3. AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for the lack of existence or the unavailability of the products.

2.4. CONTRACT WITH FEELWOOD BCN AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail as acknowledgment of receipt, and this will imply acceptance of the order (if for any reason it could not be, we would contact the user as soon as possible, via email).


2.5 CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Prior to the completion of the order by you on the website, you can review all the details associated with it (amounts broken down into all necessary headings – taxes, transport costs, item selection, etc.), being able to correct what consider necessary.
After the confirmation it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website, you should contact hola@feelwoodbcn.com. In this case, the order can only be modified or canceled if the product has not entered the manufacturing phase


2.6. CURRENCY, TAXES AND PRICE

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to the value added tax. The applicable rate will be the one legally valid at all times.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT). Transportation costs (if applicable) are not included in that price.


2.7. PAYMENT AND SECURITY FORM

Any order placed must be paid immediately upon confirmation of the order. Only orders will be placed for which payment has been completed and verified.
Payment must be made by credit and debit card (issued by an entity based in Spain) or through PayPal. The following cards are accepted: VISA / Mastercard.
The amount of the order will be charged to your card, so you must indicate the number, the expiration date as well as the security code CW2 (included on the back). In the event that the card is secured, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.
For security reasons, if you choose PayPal as a payment method, once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address.
These data will not be saved or manipulated by us, but will be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity. For greater security, we will use a Secure Electronic Commerce Authentication Service, a system established by Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard, whereby the client is authenticated to his issuing banks and the merchant is authenticated to his acquiring bank. In order to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the transactions, these are carried out through the SSL (Secura Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit security keys.
The charge will be carried out in real time through this payment gateway. In case the charge cannot be finally carried out (for any reason), the order will be automatically canceled.


2.8. DELIVERIES: TYPES, DEADLINES AND PROBLEMS

Delivery can be made at the address you choose. Home delivery of orders will be made by a logistics operator within normal business hours at the address indicated by the user when placing the order. If there is no one at that address when the logistics operator comes, he will leave a note and his customer service department will try to contact you to close the delivery.
The usual delivery period will be approximately 15 to 25 business days after the order is approved. This period may increase in sales periods, Christmas campaigns, geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, breaches of our suppliers, etc. as well as any other attributable to the logistics operator responsible for the delivery of the product. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise due to any of the reasons mentioned above.
The transport costs will be free for the customer and will be borne directly by us if the amount of the order is greater than or equal to 99 euros. If the amount of the order is less than 99 euros, then the transport costs to be charged to the customer will be 5.99 euros (for Baleares Islands, costs will be defined).
If, at the time of delivery, the packaging of the order is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the status of the items. If damages are observed, you must detail them on the delivery note and contact hello@feelwoodbcn.com. We will repair or replace at no cost to you all those items that have been damaged or lost during transport, as long as you notify us of this incident as soon as possible.
Once the order is delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, all damages that may arise will be their responsibility.


2.9. RETURN, CHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

You can only return products that have not been customized or in which we have obviously made a mistake in personalization. In that case, you must send an email to hola@feelwoodbcn.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product and we will send you a courier to be returned to us. You can choose between exchange or refund of money. In the case of choosing the second option we will proceed to return the money once we receive the product back. The refund will always be through the same payment method made. Of course, non-customized products may be returned as long as they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging: no bumps and no damage due to misuse.


2.10. WARRANTY AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

The products that we present on our website are all the products that we have in the catalog. We have taken special care to show with great precision the colors and characteristics of our products. Of course, the calibration of each monitor is different, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays the colors with complete accuracy.
In addition, our products are manufactured by hand using recycled pine wood, which is why the product you receive at home will never be identical to the image on the web. It can have small imperfections of wood.
All graphic material as well as descriptions are offered for information purposes. In this sense, we can correct errors or omissions on the website without generating any responsibility.


2.11. LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE

In general, if the User contracts as a consumer and user, he has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days.
This period will expire once the fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed from the day on which the User is given the requested item.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the User must send notification to hola@feelwoodbcn.com in which the User unequivocally communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract signed between the User and FeelWood BCN.
The user must abide by all the conditions of purchase and return contained in this document, and consequently, in order to exercise the right to withdrawal from purchase, the items must meet the requirements mentioned in the RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY section.
